Service-Based Policy
Due to the nature of drayage and transportation services, all services provided by Asiana Drayage are considered service-based and time-sensitive. Once a service has been scheduled, resources such as equipment, drivers, and port appointments are reserved.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

Service cancellation by Asiana Drayage due to operational issues

Failure to perform the agreed service without reasonable cause

Billing errors or duplicate charges
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment or via another agreed method.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in cases including, but not limited to:

Delays caused by port congestion, customs holds, terminal closures, weather conditions, or force majeure events

Customer-provided incorrect or incomplete shipment information

Missed appointments due to shipper, consignee, or third-party delays

Services already completed or substantially performed

Charges related to detention, demurrage, waiting time, or accessorial fees imposed by ports or terminals
Cancellations

Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

Cancellations made after dispatch or scheduling confirmation may not be eligible for a refund and may incur cancellation or standby fees.

Same-day cancellations are generally non-refundable.
Dispute Resolution
